Process

How it works

  1. Request

Share the engine, main symptom, and business context.

  2. Scope

We define access, required evidence, constraints, and the technical goal.

  3. Proposal

You receive the work plan, deliverables, timeline, and price before we start.

  4. Secure start

The agreement is confirmed and work begins with minimal or pseudonymized data.

  5. Execution

We analyze metrics, SQL, configuration, data model, or migration flow.

  6. Validation

Findings are checked against evidence and ranked by practical impact.

  7. Delivery

You receive an executive summary, technical detail, and recommended next steps.

Privacy

We work under a least-access principle: we request only the information needed to diagnose, execute, or support the contracted service. Technical data is handled in isolated workspaces, with confidentiality, pseudonymization when applicable, and access limited to the assigned DBA team.

We do not sell data, do not use client information to train models, and avoid accessing production content that is not required for the agreed scope. At service closure, technical evidence is returned, deleted, or retained for a limited period according to the agreement and applicable obligations.
